About Artificial Turf of Humble
We are a Humble-based turf company serving the Lake Houston corridor — Atascocita, Eagle Springs, Bear Branch, Walden on Lake Houston, Fall Creek, Summerwood, Kingwood, and the communities that define lakeshore outdoor living in northeast Houston. Our work is built on watershed knowledge, not generic turf specs.
The Lake Houston Wilderness Park sits three thousand acres along the San Jacinto River — a working wilderness with hiking and mountain biking trails, birding habitat on the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail, and kayak-launch access to the river corridor. Bear Branch Trail threads through Atascocita and Kingwood neighborhoods. Walden on Lake Houston has golf and lakeshore views from back fence lines. We started Artificial Turf of Humble because the turf companies serving this area were treating it like a generic Houston suburb. A company from the other side of town does not know that Atascocita Forest lots drain differently than Eagle Springs lots. They do not know how Bear Branch Trail-adjacent yards accumulate organic debris, or how the flood plain near eastern Humble affects base depth requirements. We do, because we live and work in this watershed.
The San Jacinto River corridor receives some of the highest annual rainfall totals in Texas. Every installation we plan starts with a drainage assessment — soil permeability, low-point routing, proximity to bayou corridors, and watershed context. We do not install turf without engineering the drainage to match the site.
